M. Suurya

Biography

M. Suurya made his debut as a lead actor in the 2011 Tamil Malaysian film Garuuda. The film, directed by M. Subash, was his first major role on the silver screen. In the same year, he directed and produced the Malaysian horror film Sumpahan Puaka which was released in 2011. He was also nominated and won the title for "Best Debut Director" category at the 24th Malaysian Film Festival for the film Sumpahan Puaka . In 2012, he starred in the Malaysian Tamil film Vajram , directed by M. Subash Abdullah. The film was released in Malaysian cinemas on 18 October 2012.
