Biography

Palmer Rockey was an American filmmaker and actor best known for making a single feature film, which he repeatedly re-edited over several decades after remaining dissatisfied with each version. The film was re-shot, reworked, and released under several different titles, including It Happened One Weekend, before receiving an official Blu-ray release from Grindhouse Releasing as Scarlet Warning 666.
