Douglas Noe is an American makeup artist and department head in film and television. His work includes The Craft (1996), Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Stephen King's The Shining (1997), The Devil's Rejects (2005), Thor: Ragnarok (2017), Avengers: Endgame (2019), Loki (2021–2023), and A Man Called Otto (2022). He has also worked extensively in prosthetic and special makeup effects.
