Ben Southwell

Biography

Ben Southwell is a British television producer and director who has worked in prime-time factual programming for nearly three decades. His credits span history, travel, science, genealogy and natural-history television, including Fake or Fortune?, Who Do You Think You Are?, Rick Stein’s Road to Mexico, Last Chance to See, The Real History of Science Fiction and programmes with Ray Mears. He also teaches documentary and unscripted television storytelling.
