Mervi Takatalo

Biography

Mervi Takatalo (born September 1, 1981, in Forssa) is a Finnish actress.

Holding degrees in dramatic arts from the University of Tampere (Näty) and the Stadia Helsinki Polytechnic, she works across theatre, film, and television.

In cinema, her credits include feature films such as Lovers & Leavers (Kuutamolla, 2002), Young Gods (Hymypoika, 2003), and Ganes (2007). On Finnish television, she notably starred as Jonna Alanen in the drama series Sydänjää (2007–2009). Her television credits also include appearances in series such as Juulian totuudet (2002), Roba, Ex-onnelliset, and Pohjolan laki.
