Pauline Clément (born in 1986 in Évry) is a French actress and comedian.
Trained at the Cours Florent, the 8th arrondissement conservatory of Paris, the Studio-théâtre d'Asnières, and the Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique (CNSAD), she joined the Comédie-Française in 2015 and became its 546th full member (sociétaire). On stage, she performs in both classical and contemporary plays, earning a nomination for the Molière Award for Best Female Newcomer in 2020 for A Flea in Her Ear (La Puce à l'oreille). She is also a member of the comedy collective Yes vous aime.
In film and television, she has appeared in feature films such as C'est la vie! (Le Sens de la fête, 2017), The Special Needs (Hors normes, 2019), Jumeaux mais pas trop (2022), and Heureux Gagnants (2024), as well as in television series and short formats including Call My Agent! (Dix pour cent), Calls, and the satirical short series Broute. In 2026, she co-wrote and starred in the comedy film De la Comédie-Française.
