Biography

Phil Brookes is a Welsh music composer, sound designer and voice actor known for creating immersive audio experiences across film, television, animation and broadcast media. With over a decade of professional experience, Phil is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, Foley artist, sound editor & mixer - a one-stop creative force behind broadcast-quality soundscapes and original music.

Based in Wales, Phil’s work has been featured in collaborations with major global brands and organizations including Greenpeace, IKEA, Facebook, TED, Tate, Hulu and Adult Swim. His sound design and music compositions have accompanied multi-award-winning films showcased at prestigious festivals such as Cannes, BFI London and GLAS, and have been included in titles alongside the Fortnite game franchise.

A versatile creator with strengths in composition, music production, Foley recording and voice work, Phil seamlessly blends technical precision with artistic intuition to deliver compelling auditory experiences for diverse media formats. He continues to work across international projects while expanding his creative collaborations.
