Sam Riesel

Biography

Sam Riesel is a multi-talented Producer/Production Assistant who got his start working on the 2023 feature film 'Anyone But You' and has since worked primarily in the documentary and TVC space but still with a love of story based projects.

Riesel has been involved with Bus Stop Films since 2022 in the Sydney workshop and joined PLACES during its pilot program in 2024. Sam has been a Bus Stop Employment Candidate since the program began in 2022, and has worked on numerous productions including the broadcast team of the 2024 Paris Paralympics.

Riesel is an advocate for inclusive employment, and has used his platform to speak about his personal experiences both within and outside the screen industry.
