Aayaan Bhatia was born in Surat, Gujarat, India. Hailing from a Punjabi family originally from Haryana. He started his career as a digital marketer in 2014. Later, started working as a PR consultant in the Indian film industry. Aayaan Bhatia, commonly known as Aayaan is an entrepreneur, branding, consultant, PR consultant, and digital marketer.

He is the founder of FrameLine Institute of Digital Education, a digital media institute based in Surat. He has worked with many celebrities in Bollywood-Hollywood and regional film industries.
