Orsolya Orbán

Biography

Orsolya Orbán (1999, Brașov, Romania), film director, screenwriter, and photographer from the Hungarian minority of Romania. She completed her studies at the Hungarian Sapientia University of Transylvania, earning a BA in Film, Photography, and Media Arts, specializing in Directing in 2022, and an MA in Film Studies in 2025. She has worked on numerous projects as a production manager and is currently the sole photo and video reporter for a Cluj-Napoca-based online newspaper.
