Yael Grunseit

Biography

Yael Grunseit is an Australian filmmaker based in New York and Sydney. Her short film Daddy's Little Meatball was an official selection at the Tribeca Festival and the Melbourne International Film Festival, and won Best Student International Short at Palm Springs ShortFest. Her films have also screened at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival, Flickerfest and New/Next. She took part in the MIFF Accelerator Lab in 2026, and was a BendFilm: Basecamp Fellow in 2025.
