Pontus Askbrink

Biography

Pontus was born and raised in Norrköping, Sweden, and worked in appliance industry and later studied to become mechanical engineer. In his mid teens he started playing guitar and found himself in a few rock ensembles with little success. Along side his day to day job he dabbled with music recording, and soon started writing own music, mostly in the instrumental techno/new age genre. Since 2012 he is running an individual firm Moodbasics, writing music and sound effects on request.
