Anita Lentsch

Biography

Anita Lentsch is a technology, risk, and transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding complex enterprise programs. A Senior Director at PwC, she leads multidisciplinary teams across ethics and compliance, talent, and finance platforms, specializing in enterprise transformation, risk and compliance, and sustainable innovation. She is known for translating strategy into tangible outcomes, steering mission-critical programs through change, and cultivating inclusive, high-performing cultures, aligning people, platforms, and purpose to deliver resilient systems and trusted governance. Anita Lentsch holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from St. Catherine University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She appeared in the horror film The Black-Eyed Children (2025).
