Maya Salvini

Biography

Maya Salvini is a young filmmaker born and raised

in Milano in 2005. Her high school experience

was strongly influenced by the underground

political movement of Milan, where she started to

film protests and the alternative squat scene. She

is currently volunteering in one year film

education project at Luksuz produkcija which is a

low-budget film production bringing film to the

streets and the streets into film. Through different workshops, they stimulate young

filmmakers from all over Europe to express critical vision of a society. ETAF has been

developed at the workshop and later picked up by Vertigo Ljubljana, renowned Slovenia

based film production company.
