Jose Rosado is an accomplished executive producer and head of production with over 14 years of professional experience in the animation and visual effects industry. As the founder and strategic leader of Magic Hammer, a premier animation studio based in Mérida, Yucatán, he has consistently driven innovation, blending creative storytelling with robust financial engineering and global resource optimization.

Known for his commitment to artistic excellence and multidisciplinary team leadership, Jose specializes in high-end pipeline integration and financial risk modeling. His recent executive production credits include the acclaimed animated short "The Mariachi Mask," which celebrated its world premiere as a special screening in the prestigious LFI Fellows section at Hollywood’s historic Egyptian Theatre. Holding a Master’s in Finance, Jose masterfully bridges the gap between creative vision and fiscal strategy, successfully managing long-term entertainment projects and establishing a strong, lasting footprint in the international cinematic landscape.
