Chas T. Gray

Biography

Chas T. Gray is an American musician best known as an original member, keyboardist, synthesizer player, and bassist for the Los Angeles post-punk/new wave band Wall of Voodoo. Joining the group at its inception in 1977 alongside frontman Stan Ridgway, guitarist Marc Moreland, bassist Bruce Moreland, and drummer Joe Nanini, Gray was fundamental to shaping the band's distinctive, film-noir-meets-Western electronic sound.
