Soltan Khaligov was born in Baku.
He studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (2013-2017). He worked as a sound director at the Balans studio (2018) and Azerbaijan Television (2019-2025).
Since 2025, he has been an employee of the ANewZ television channel.
