Dalluyon focuses on the lives of our underwater divers or agbatbatok in Ilocano. revealing the experiences and uncovering the true struggles of our ilocano fishermen. The film will follow the stories of our three subjects from Currimao Ilocos Norte spotlighting their courage and determination to go with the flow of the waves of life.
