Overview

During the Ming Dynasty, the chief of the fleet, Yang Lie, led the fleet to travel secretly to the East Sea. In the stormy situation, while being attacked by the Sea Dragon, they were rescued by Xi Yin and brought to her home, the dream-like Penglai Xian Island.
