Specular fiction (2024)

Overview

In his video installation "Specular fiction," Coleman Collins explores how culture, memory, and identity evolve as they move across generations, geographies, and technologies. Imagining a future where historical artifacts have disappeared and only digital replicas remain, the work asks: What do we preserve, and what do we lose?
