Overview

A year is a long time in football. In January 1995 Eric Cantona assaulted a spectator, and his very future in the game was in doubt. In May 1996 Eric Cantona climbed the Wembley steps to lift the FA Cup as Manchester United captain - the first foreign player to ever do so. This hour long video follows Cantona throughout the competition, from his invaluable contribution in the third round game against Sunderland through to his match winning goal in the 85th minute of the Wembley final against arch-enemies Liverpool.
