Overview
The Longest Sleep (2024) is Greiss’s first major moving-image work. It brings us back to the circle: the form of galaxies, solar systems, suns, black holes, Choco Pies, eyes, lenses, and spinning bodies. The circle appears here not as a fixed symbol of perfection, but as a movement that keeps returning, turning, and carrying bodies beyond themselves.
