Overview

Hari-Hari Terakhir Seorang Seniman is not an ordinary story because in its subtlety it implies the various meanings of society and the experience of the artist in his day. The artist's figure was a living creature who lived before and during the Second World War. This film revolves around Pak Hassan's life, a story-teller, who faces the devastating moments of life. Changing ages threaten their position and importance because people no longer love the inherited art, especially the younger generation, as a result of changes in material value and progress. Pak Hassan's feelings and hopes became bitter when his intelligence could not be transferred to his son's defective son since childhood.
