Overview

Eiji Yamakawa—the first president of the former Kanto Street Racing Federation and a legendary super-tuner capable of transforming any car into a custom racing machine—metes out divine retribution to the despicable scoundrels who exploit a man’s desire to marry his beloved in order to extort a huge sum of money from him.
