The name Ben Tumbling has been a popular one amongst kids who were born in the 80s and grew up in the 90s. Didn't really made the connection until watching stumbling upon this movie based on his life story.
Ben is a small time crook doing theft for a syndicate. He gets arrested and snitches on the police that were involved. The police retaliates buy torturing him and he fights back. He flees and becomes the most wanted man in the country.
