That fact is known to her son "Babak" and his wife "Nahid" and they must tread carefully with her as she keeps thinking she hears his voice outside. It's quite a potent short drama that rather ends before it begins, but nonetheless it still demonstrates just how tough it is to live in a society where communications can be shut down restricting information arbitrarily, and causing consternation and worry. I'm not sure an apple is going to be of much help...
