Generic and low-budget
I am glad the series actually picked up after this, because this is quite bad. It is competently shot, the acting isn't horrible, but the story and casting really lets this down. It just turns into a bargain-bin production and not worth anyone's time. Recasting Jean-Claude is of course a mistake, for a character that was (and will again) be his.
