Something that I've noticed recently in horror franchises that have tried to get off the ground in the past couple of years, the second entry is actually better than the first. In ages past, a thing unheard of, but now at least as common as not. Same goes for _Unfriended: Dark Web_. Unfriended: Dark Web takes the unique computer-screen format from the first movie and dials it up with a more grounded and plausible storyline, which makes it far scarier this time around. It serves as a stark reminder about digital privacy, online safety, and the real dangers lurking… read the rest.

On online game night with friends, a guy tries out a laptop that was left in the lost and found at an Internet cafe and his whole world goes to hell. Definitely a film for computer geeks like myself as (like the original "Unfriended") practically the entire movie takes place on a computer monitor. If you're not computer savvy, much of this might just go over your head. Either way, the filmmakers ability to make these films feel so spont… read the rest.
