This isn't great
Nowhere as groundbreaking as its predecessor, this movie is a bit fast and loose with its internal rules and consistency, and it unfortunately makes it much worse that it would have to be. The core premise is solid, but it just does not stick the landing in any useful way, and flounders without real tension.
